Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of iConstruct (the “Service”), provided by Logik Structures (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization (workspace) you use it for.

1. Accounts and workspaces

You must give accurate information and keep your password (and two-factor device, if enabled) secure.
Each workspace belongs to its organization. The workspace owner controls its members, their roles and project access, and is responsible for the people they invite.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@logikstructures.com if you suspect misuse.

2. Your data

You own the data your workspace puts into the Service (projects, estimates, costs, invoices, files). You grant us only the rights needed to host, process, back up and display it to you and the people you authorize.
We do not access your workspace’s project data except to provide support you ask for, to keep the Service secure, or where the law requires it.
You can export your reports at any time (CSV/Excel) and ask us to delete your workspace.

3. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the Service, including by:

trying to access another organization’s data or bypass security or plan limits;
uploading malware or content you have no right to share;
overloading, scraping or reverse-engineering the Service, or reselling it without our agreement.

4. Plans and payment

The Free plan includes one active project and up to three members. Paid plans are billed per seat or per workspace as shown when you subscribe.
If a paid subscription lapses, the workspace becomes read-only after a grace period; your data is kept and you can still view and export it. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice.

5. Your responsibility for decisions

iConstruct is a tool for organizing construction costs, schedules and documents. Estimates, budgets, forecasts, schedules and AI-read receipt values are only as accurate as the information entered and must be checked by you. The Service is not engineering, legal, tax or accounting advice.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and backed up, but it is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features; we will give notice before removing something you rely on where reasonably possible.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, delays or data you did not back up), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the Service or other customers at risk. After a workspace is closed we delete its data within 90 days, except where we must keep records by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for significant changes, notify workspace owners by email or in the app before they take effect.
