Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information iConstruct (operated by Logik Structures) collects, why, and the choices you have. For data your organization enters about its projects, your organization decides what is stored; we process it on its behalf.

What we collect

Account information: name, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash), job title and phone if you add them, profile photo if you upload one.
Workspace content: projects, budgets, estimates, schedules, vendors, invoices, payments, cost entries and uploaded files such as receipts.
Security and usage data: sign-in events, IP address used for rate limiting and fraud prevention, and basic server logs.
We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell personal information.

How we use it

To provide the Service: sign you in, show your workspace, send the emails you need (verification, password resets, invitations, notifications you turned on).
To keep it secure: detect abuse, prevent automated sign-ups, investigate incidents.
To support you when you ask for help, and to meet legal obligations.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help run the Service, under their data-protection terms:

Hosting: our virtual server (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) stores the application database, uploaded files and backups.
Resend: delivers transactional email (your email address and the message).
Cloudflare: DNS and, on the sign-up page, bot protection (Turnstile).
OpenAI: only if receipt reading is used — the receipt image is sent to extract date, amount and vendor.
Stripe: only for paid plans — payment details go to Stripe directly; we never see full card numbers.

Retention

Workspace data is kept while the workspace is active. If a subscription lapses, data is kept read-only so you can export it. When a workspace or account is deleted, we remove its data within 90 days, and from backups as they rotate, except records we must keep by law.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Workspaces are isolated from each other; the operator of the platform cannot open another organization’s projects. Passwords and one-time links are stored hashed, and sessions are re-checked on every request.

Your rights

You can see and update your profile in the app, export your organization’s reports, and ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information by writing to info@logikstructures.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA) you may have additional rights, including to object or to complain to your data-protection authority.

Children

The Service is for businesses and adults; it is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We will post updates here and notify workspace owners of significant changes.
